By activating yourself in our system you signal that you are ready to receive leads. But only fully qualified and validated leads that pass our rigorous test. This means that you might wait a little until we have filtered out the noise and only give you validated ones.
▸How Lead Transfer Works
If you are a match for one of the states AND you are active in the system AND you don't reject our call or let it go to voicemail, THEN you have a shot at getting a lead.
Initial Call from Crankshaft
You will get a call from Crankshaft to the designated number in your app. This could be your phone or your phone system. In this call you will hear an automated message:
"Hi, Crankshaft calling with {customer name} from {state}. Can you close now?"
If you are ready to close, press "1" — GAME ON!
If you do NOT press "1" or hang up — someone else will get your lead!
Lead Connection
Your call will be dropped abruptly. But don't worry, in the same moment you will receive another call from Crankshaft. This time, it's the lead.
You already know the name of the person from the previous call, so start by creating a connection with their name.
Check Your App
Bring up your app — it's now updated with the lead information!
★Pro Tips for Success
This customer has already been validated and might have gone through a lot of questions. Assure them that you have all the information already, and begin doing what you do best: Empathy, Alignment, Assistance.

If you continue to be active in the system and are licensed in the state of the next lead, you have a high likelihood to be connected next.
◔Setting Expectations
These are live leads with real people, and Crankshaft is hard at work removing bad leads. You might encounter periods with no leads — the more you are active, the more likely you are to get a lead.
‖Taking Breaks
If you want to take a break or are on a call, pause yourself. We don't want to call you when you are not available.
