Your schedule controls when Crankshaft even considers you for a call. Outside your scheduled hours, you are invisible to the system — no calls will be routed your way regardless of any other setting.
Set your schedule in the app and keep it accurate.
‖Paused — No Leads
You are on the bench. No calls will reach you until you un-pause.
Use this when you're on a call, on a break, or stepping away. Just remember: pause is manual — you have to turn it off yourself.
Don't end your day on Pause and forget. Your schedule won't override it — you'll miss leads next session.
✓Active — Leads Inbound
You're in the queue. When a lead passes our quality check, you and 2 other agents are called at the same time — first to pick up and press "1" wins it.
- Pick up fast. Hesitate and someone else gets it.
- Missed it? Don't stress — if the winner doesn't accept, we'll try you again shortly.
- Someone else claimed it? You'll get a message letting you know.
The more you answer, the higher your priority. Stay Active and stay hungry.
◆Turbo — Your Lead, No Race
When Turbo is on, there is no competition. If our algorithm picks you, that lead is yours exclusively — no other agents are called.
There is no safety net on Turbo. You are charged for the lead whether you pick up or not. Be at your desk, phone in hand, ready to close.
Turbo = no refunds if you miss. Only enable it when you are fully ready.
